Can you cater to my allergy?
We will try our very best to cater to your allergy, please get in touch by either sending us an email with your requirements to info@bakedbyneelu.com or alternatively fill in the contact form here.
Where can I find allergen information/ingredients list?
A full breakdown of ingredients can be found on each specific product page.
Do your products contain nuts?
Please see the ingredients and allergen information for each specific product. We are not a nut free kitchen. If you have a nut allergy our products will not be suitable for you.
Do your products contain alcohol/are they halal?
Our products are NOT made with alcohol and are suitable for a halal diet.
Are your products suitable for vegetarians?
Yes, all our products are suitable for vegetarians.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our brownies & cookies have a shelf life of 5-7 days from the date of shipping. Please store them in an air-tight container.
The brownies can be frozen for up to 1 month.
You can freeze the cookies, however we have not frozen already baked cookies so we cannot say how they will taste. It's best to enjoy the cookies as soon as you receive them. To make them extra gooey, warm them up in the microwave for 15-20 seconds and enjoy!
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to the UK & Northern Ireland. We do not currently deliver internationally.
How much will delivery cost?
We charge £6 for delivery to mainland UK, £10 for Scotland and Ireland.
When will I receive my parcel?
We aim to deliver your order within 48 hours, subject to the brownie flavours ordered being in stock.
Any orders delivered on or after Thursday will be dispatched the following week
We do not deliver on weekends.
We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries if the order has been despatched by us on time. The same applies if weather conditions cause a delay.

Can I collect my order?
We are based in Leicester and collection is available free-of charge for local customers. Please let us know at the time of placing your order if you would like to collect it.
What is your returns policy?
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your products, please let us know as soon as possible what the issue is and we will endeavour to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
If you wish to cancel your order completely, you must let us know by 12pm the same day otherwise your order will be ready to be shipped and you will still be charged.
Do you offer any products other than brownies?
Baked by Neelu is about more than just brownies, we also sell brownie mixes and chunky cookies.
Do you cater for events?
We can cater for your party, engagement or wedding, please get in touch with us either via email or via our contact page.
